Last year, I began a wonderful project with a technology company headquartered in Ukraine. They have a subsidiary called Fluix that helps companies automate workflows, particularly for mobile, iPad-enabled workers.
My client at Fluix wanted to offer a time management boot camp webinar and asked me to facilitate. We began advertising the webinar the week before Thanksgiving, and I have to admit that I was skeptical about how many participants we would get.
There were over 600 registered participants.
So, since this seems to be a topic that resonates with people, I thought I’d offer the opportunity to view the webinar to my faithful blog readers. It’s free, but you’ll need to provide your name and email address to get access.
Are you truly productive or just really busy? Deep down most of us probably feel like we feel like we’re in the latter camp. In this webinar, Dr. Melissa Gratias will help you examine your time management practices and find a new path forward that gives you optimal productivity… and hopefully a lot less stress!
This one hour webinar is designed to help managers and individual contributors:
- Understand where their time and task management approach breaks down
- Focus individual and team efforts for the maximum positive impact
- Set goals and clearly map out how to achieve them
Are you ready to get serious about doing the right things AND doing things right?
