A List of Questions to Help You Get on Track (VIDEO)

How do you approach a difficult goal? There are six questions that you can ask yourself to go from “I don’t know what to do!” to “I’m on track.”

These questions are:

  • What does the finish line look like?
  • Why do I care about getting there?
  • Why should others care about getting there?
  • What resources/information/assets/education do I need?
  • How long will it take?
  • What is my next step?

In this video, Dr. Melissa Gratias will help you dive right into a goal or project.

Great work, as always, Doc. I think if we all actually wrote out our answers to those questions, we’d get much farther much faster.

Interruptions can kill productivity. With one “Got a minute?” from a coworker or one stray thought swirling in your brain, the flow of your work can be completely disrupted.

The trouble is that few people have concrete strategies to get back on task quickly after an interruption. Some people completely lose focus…for hours! If you have tried reducing interruptions, but they still impact your ability to be effective at work, this free webinar is for you.
